The S&S Cycle 4" Sidewinder Big Bore Kit is a bolt-on upgrade designed to increase engine displacement without requiring crankcase modifications. It boosts Twin Cam 88 engines to 100 cubic inches and Twin Cam 96 and 103 engines to 110 cubic inches. The kit includes 4" bore cylinders, forged pistons, rings, piston pins, clips, and gaskets. Featuring a cast aluminum construction with a cast ductile iron sleeve, this design enhances heat transfer and improves ring seal. With a 10.5:1 compression ratio (when used with stock 85cc heads), this kit delivers a balance of power and reliability while responding well to performance cams. The installation can be performed with the engine still in the frame. Note: Not compatible with S&S 79cc heads.
