The S&S Cycle 4" Sidewinder Big Bore Kit is a bolt-on upgrade designed to increase engine displacement without requiring crankcase modifications. It boosts TC88 engines to 100 cubic inches and TC96/TC103 engines to 110 cubic inches. The kit features cast aluminum cylinders with a cast ductile iron sleeve for improved heat transfer and durability. With a 10.5:1 compression ratio (when used with stock 85cc heads), it delivers a balance of power and reliability while responding well to performance cams. The kit includes cylinders, forged pistons, rings, piston pins, clips, and gaskets. Note: Not compatible with S&S 79cc heads.
