The S&S 124" Twin Cam 4-1/8" Big Bore Kit is a premium upgrade for Harley-Davidson Big Twin engines (2007-2016 models) designed to significantly increase displacement and performance. The kit includes 4-1/8" bore cylinders, forged flat dome pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, and all necessary gaskets (head, base, and exhaust). The cylinders are constructed from high-quality aluminum castings with cast-in iron liners and are finished with a durable wrinkle black powder coat for long-lasting durability. This kit is designed for stock crankcases and utilizes the stock bolt pattern, making it a straightforward bolt-on solution without requiring case boring or splitting. When paired with 4-5/8" flywheels, the engine achieves a 124" displacement. It can be used as a replacement for S&S 124" Hot Set Up Kits, T124 T2 engines, or as the foundation for a custom engine build. The kit is compatible with stock or S&S cylinder heads. For optimal performance, it is recommended to pair this kit with performance camshafts, a high-flow air cleaner, a performance exhaust system, and proper fuel system tuning. Note that professional installation by a skilled technician is advised, as proper clearance and assembly specifications must be verified during installation.
