Compared to the standard 428D chain, the 428HD features reinforced, thicker plates for increased durability and a higher tensile strength. It has an average tensile strength of 5,250 lbs. and is built with anti-kink riveted bushings and solid rollers for improved performance. The chain is shot-peened and pre-stretched for longevity and includes a clip link for easy installation.
