This process provides superior protection against corrosion and wear compared to hard chromium or electrolysis nickel plating. Each valve is CNC-machined and finished with a high-purity hard chrome coating using a 360-degree anode for maximum durability. The design has been optimized using Finite Element Analysis and tested on a computerized flow bench to ensure excellent flow characteristics.
