The Kibblewhite Precision Intake Valve for KLX/KFX 400 motorcycles is a high-performance replacement valve designed for durability and efficiency. Made from a one-piece stainless steel forging, it features a Stellite-tipped design and is treated with a specialized German process to enhance wear resistance and reduce friction. This treatment provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to hard chromium and electrolysis nickel plating. The valve is CNC-machined and finished with a high-grade hard chrome coating using a 360-degree anode process, ensuring excellent surface quality. Designed using Finite Element Analysis software and tested on a computerized flow bench, it offers optimized flow characteristics for improved engine performance. Sold individually, this intake valve is a direct fit for Kawasaki KLX/KFX 400 models from 2001 to 2006.
