The S&S Cycle Tuned Induction Air Cleaner Kit is designed to enhance engine performance by improving airflow. Factory intake systems can be restrictive, but this kit features a dual high-flow air filter setup with two laser-cut tubes merging into a single collector, positioned directly in the air stream for maximum efficiency. This bolt-on upgrade delivers a 44% increase in airflow and provides over twice the filtering area compared to stock intake systems. It boosts horsepower and torque across the RPM range by utilizing air column inertia and precisely timed gas dynamic pressure waves. The smooth intake tract, optimized with carefully selected tuned lengths, further enhances performance. The kit includes high-flow, washable, and reusable cotton media filter elements for improved performance, protection, and cost-effectiveness. It is also 50-state compliant. Water-resistant rain socks (sold separately, P/N 493128) are available for additional protection.
